Karen Serrago is the Chief Information Officer at Community Technology Cooperative (CTC) which is a subsidiary of Community Care Cooperative (C3). CTC is currently implementing Epic Systems across a cohort of FQHC’s in Massachusetts. Prior to her role at CTC, Karen worked at the Cambridge Health Alliance (CHA) as a Director of Epic Applications and Chair of the Telehealth Committee. Formerly, Karen held positions at Partners Healthcare as a Project Manager for the Brigham and Women’s Hospital Epic Implementation as well as consulting roles in other EHR implementations. She is certified in multiple Epic applications and holds a Master’s Degree in Health Informatics and Management.
