Dr. Janvier received a Bachelor of Science in healthcare management and policy and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Bioengineering from the University of Pennsylvania. She obtained her Medical and Master of Public Health degrees from Tufts University School of Medicine and completed her Internal Medicine residency and chief residency at Caritas St. Elizabeth’s Hospital and an Infectious Diseases Fellowship at The Miriam Hospital/ Brown University.
During her residency, Dr. Janvier discovered a passion for community health and commitment to providing HIV positive patients with quality, integrated health care.

In 2015, Dr. Janvier joined the Adult Medicine staff at The Dimock Community Health Center where she provided primary and HIV specialty care for over 800 patients. During her eight years at Dimock, Dr. Janvier held several leadership positions, including Director of Care Management, Medical Residency Director and Clinical Director of Adult Medicine. In recognition of her community dedication and leadership, she was named a Roxbury Hometown Hero in 2021.
