Louis Brady has been the CEO of Family Health Center of Worcester since 2019. Since 1999, Lou has been on a mission to ensure access to health care for everyone. With over 20 years of community health center services, his prior roles include serving as Chief Operations Officer for Cornell Scott Hill Health Center in New Haven, Conn., Executive Director for Geiger Gibson Community Health Center in Boston, and Site Director for Community Health Center Inc in Meriden, Conn. Mr. Brady’s community health center experience began as Chief Operating Officer for the Lowell Community Health Center in Lowell, Mass.

A native of Springfield, Massachusetts, Lou received his B.S. in Industrial Management from the University of Massachusetts at Lowell in Lowell, Massachusetts.  He received his M.B.A. in Business Administration from Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts.
