Dr. Munir Ahmed is Community Health Center’s Chief Transformation Officer, helping to guide the organization’s strategic plan to help achieve the quadruple AIM of health care: quality, cost, patient satisfaction and provider satisfaction. Dr. Ahmed is an Internal Medicine Specialist with more than 25 years of diverse experience of caring for patients in the community. He worked as a hospitalist at Cape Cod Hospital. Most recently and an internist with Cape Cod Healthcare in Sandwich. Dr. Ahmed’s clinical interests are hypertension, diabetes, geriatrics, hospice and palliative care.
