Thomas Siepka has more than 20 years’ of experience in Healthcare leading Pharmacy programs and services in ambulatory, acute care programs as well as work within accountable care organizations. Tom’s prior leadership experience includes having served as the Chief Pharmacy Officer at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston as well as the Chief Pharmacy Officer for the Dartmouth Health System in New Hampshire. 

Tom is a Fellow and Board-Certified Healthcare Leader with the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE) and earned his Master’s in Leadership and Healthcare Management from Northeastern University and his Pharmacy Degree from MCPHS University, both in Boston.
